Help needed with these last few....(inc. parsing)

19a. Dives would exhibit such a quality (8) - ?I?H?E??

30a. What's in chest? Port and wine we hear (10) - BREASTBONE (I think) I can see 'BREAST' sounds like BREST (Port) but that leaves 'BONE' for 'Wine'?

12d. Bit of wire, say, that may be found by the sea (6) - S?R?N?

20d. Botanical group? Our type will shoot up on strip in garden (8) - ??B?R?E?

36d. I was a faller at the outset (6,6) - FIRST PERSON fits a possible definition 'I', but I can't see the wordplay - unless it's to do with Adam and Eve, but that seems really weak..

34d. Impressive as monkey evidently is (3-8) EYE-CATCHING? But why?

12 Strand - a bit of wire, also a thin bit of land (by the sea).

20 Eye- catching is just because 'eye' is in monkEYEvidently. The words have/are catching 'eye'.

20 Sub-order, a botanical group. It's 'us' for 'our type' (them and us, say?). It's reversed (will shoot up). 'border', strip in garden.
