Imagcq I take it you have the crossword as could it be you confusing this with another clue? I don't have the crossword, but the wine lover doesn't fit the sense and the words " in lots i hope" which make up the anagram are not in the clue.

Hi ab, I also wondered about imagcq's last post. Could he be referring to the clue producing the possibly incorrect 'o'?

Ginge mate i was refering to the clue with the O

I did this puzzle this morning, so i was pretty sure i recalled i n dic(k)ations correctly, i then remembered i had written letters for an anagram on my scribble pad.
When you inquired i went to the trash for the paper and posted the clue.
Hope this clears things up.
