Here is my stab at them.

1) In suggestion about rapacious doctor providing help for patient (11/4) Intravenous drip?- In – suggestion – tip , rapacious – ravenous , doctor dr = in t ravenous dr ip

2) Annoyed bishop, say in bar (10) Crosspiece? Annoyed – cross + piece

3) Intelligence about new parts of speech (5) – Nouns? Nous + n for new

4) Single person having a row, kitchen's not finished (7) Sculler? Single person having a row in boat, sculler(y)

This gives IPCENSSR- Princess? (could be crispens, but think princess more likely)

1- IN T RAVENOUS DR IP
2- CROSS PIECE
3- NOU N S
4- SCULLER
