Thank you all for having a bash. AB is once again correct, SHOULDER is indeed the anagram.
After todays cock ups i need one to cry on!

On a HIGHER plane. is indeed the answer at 4,apologies if you didnt like the clue, i did wonder if i should have put a ? mark at the end.
