Certainly "simultaneously". Do you see any further parsing? At one, GO! seems a bit weak for a cryptic. Am I missing summat simple?

Your explanation is spot-on. I completely missed agreed = at one. Must be the drink :)

Thanks for the parsing, and sorry about making it seem to be 5 4 rather than 2 3,2
