Ferret is correct. RR (right reverend) inside feet. (3 in a yard)

25D - REX (king) has the "X" removed and PORTER
is Cole Porter, the songwriter.
31D - last letters of name ("T" and "H") + UNDER
CLOUD.
55AC - "RR" (bishop) onside of "FEET" (parts pf yard)

For the first one, I meant "R" of REX (king) to be removed.
