Cheers ginge, just didn't see it straight off, I was missing the 5. I am tired but it's no excuse really

I have been advised by someone who's French is better than mine that 'ou' without the accent means 'or' so therefore my clue at post 29 is withdrawn as it doesn't make sense.

I will try this one instead

A previous clue rehashed without value could actually be worth loads (8)
