Raymond: I am very impressed that you have William Edwards in your ancestry (a lot better than Daniel Rowland) My mother-in-law and two generations before her, always had a portrait of Daniel hung on the wall of the sitting room. He looked thoroughly grumpy and apparently complained all the while the picture was being painted. I think he must have been quite ill, as he died a week after the picture was finished.
