1 dn . Worthless stuff from the Yorkshire children's author (6) T??DR? Looking like'tawdry', but cannot get the Yorkshire reference.

The Yorkshire bit comes from Yorkshire folk saying (allegedly) 'we're going t'shop,, to buy t'paper' - just 't' instead of 'the'.
