Hi Calliewag,
I have String Quartet for 69, but have doubts about it.
Would appreciate clues for No.76. Violet volunteers to take part in musical story (2,8)
Thanks

I have an opera by Verdi. It includes a form of Violet and military volunteers, and I thought this was probably enough for 'take part in'.

I think trawler is right Clare - tra as the regular letters in star map with w for direction, le for the french and r for king. If its not then its a weird clue! So you may need to look for your extra tra elsewhere!

Further to my previous post - I feel confident with my TRA answers except possibly numbers 14 45 and 49.
Please tell me one of these is an ART !!!

Hi again. I'm still not sure about 'string quartet' for 69; if anyone has a better answer could you please give me an extra clue? I'm not convinced that it fits everything.
I thought I had an acceptable answer to my last one, 68 ('long drawn-out protractions') but when I counted up I see it needs to be an ART not a TRA. No-one else seems to be having a problem with this one, so please what am I missing? A hint would be much appreciated.
