3. Writer of Campbell's Seabird Cookbook. Answer: Ernest Hemingway.

Mike Campbell is a character in The Sun Also rises, so "Writer of Campbell" could be the definition.
Then it could be "Ernes The Ming Way"?

Campbell is a character by the writer Ernest Hemingway. Ernes are seabirds. Ming is a way to cook,
"Ernes the Ming way" would be the title of a seabird cookbook and spells the name of the writer of Campbell, so "Writer of Campbell is Seabird Cookbook" is Ernest Hemingway.
