Yes, that's correct, ab, thank you!
Have 2 of the others now, too, but still stuck on 3/17 (the one with Balls & Cameron): it looks at first glance like something resembling "Bolton (or Cotton) Boroughs" if I'm not completely mistaken! I have no idea which (recent?) PE exposé is being referred to, as I never see it here (unfortunately)!

I see you've now solved the lot,ab --- but could you please parse "Rotten Boroughs" apart from tip about PE? Unf. we have had 2 ravenous guests here now for 16 days so my time is a bit brief for X-words!
