11 down - Furiously parp to call over last of taximen(5,3,4).

I've got -O-T-/A-D/----.

First word could be 'HOOTS' eg parp? Second word 'AND'. Third word must be NA-- because of the DNA connection.

Anyone out there cracked it? This is my first time on the forum - look forward to some help. Thanks.
