Good afternoon, this is BBM2. Oh yes it is, to quote pastille.

Welcome to Clueless, our weekly informal clue-setting competition.

The idea is to compose a cryptic clue to a given word or phrase.

The winner of the previous week's cometition both sets the word/phrase to be clued and judges the entries.

The judge's decision is final, reasons may or may not be given at the judge's discretion. It is customary for the judge to award a virtual prize to the winner.

To be fair to others, please do not make any comments on entries until after the winner has been declared.

Multiple entries may be submitted and new competitors are particularly welcome. feel free to give an explanation of your clue if you wish.

The answer to be clued is PLANTAGENET (11)

Clues to be submitted by 17.30 tomorrow (Wednesday 6th February) and the winner will be announced soon after.

Good Luck!
