Back for a sec. Actually, 5 is the one I don't have! It's a problem with Americanisms; Americans often aren't aware that their expressions are peculiar.

I'm utterly amazed, I have 3 and am sure of all of them. However, I have absolutely no idea on the other 2 (3 & 5).
