can anyone out there help with the following trick question?

1. How many shepherds, kings & angels were there at the nativity?

If "nativity" means "birth of Jesus", then there weren't any shepherds or kings - they turned up later. Not sure about angels, though.

Depends on which school play you went to!

There's usually at least one lobster or octopus these days!

There's that great line from "Love actually" when Emma Thompson's daughter announces that she has been cast as "first lobster" - " You mean there was more than one lobster present at Christ's nativity?"

I have change in my purse including at least 1 10p piece. I am asked to give change for 50p. how much copper & silver could I have but still not be able to give change?

Any advance on 4 10p coins, 1 5p and 4 2p?

Thanks Chrise, just worked out the answer is 49 pence. It's a trick question.

My answer is 53p and you still wouldn't be able to change 50p!
