Good to have a nice Welsh greeting Mags,"Diolch".! Yes very straightforward. 11a a little misleading Mondrian, in as much as there are actually FOUR letters in the clue..(6,8,3,9.)That includes 16a. Need help with the short 'uns (always the case.!) 59a & 55d...otherwise done & dusted.! Havehad a surfeit of R.T's recently...THREE in one week..! R:>

Raymond. I`m trying to think of the Welsh for happy Christmas - is it Nadolig llawen?
59 ac - desire w.... A bit fresh.
55d That`s the only one I haven`t got, but as it`s a Christmas theme it could be `tree`. Jazzgirl could tell us why !! Mags.

Christmas greetings
Well, I found this one a bit tricky in places, but finally finished. I have a few queries so here goes: 23a my answer is someone from Anchorage (I know this is right as I've visited there !) but although I see the boy where is the music? Next 51d I have a synonym for frosted. Need the parsing apart from D for daughter.
Merry Christmas ! J

Sorry Raymond - I gave you 57. It`s a bit dark in here.
jazzgirl - the `music` so-called - is `ska`. I have no idea what that means ! Mags.
