At the risk of confirming everyone's suspicion that lawyers are out of touch, can anyone tell me what a KEY-PAL (possibly KEYPAL) is? I'm pretty sure it is the answer, since the intersecting letters refused KEYPAD. And I've sent it off anyway so I can't change it anyway!
