Stalactite & Stalagmite...to remember which is which, just remember that the one ending with Tite grows downwards. It starts with the letter 'T' (for top)....'Seemples' to quote Aleksandr Orlov!!

Hi drumbeat niw i think about after a visit to majorca i remember telling me to remember stalagtite by thinking tights pull down ! Not as sophisticated as your answer though.

Sorry about typos in last text and missed out it was my mum that told me of the tights , time for a cuppa and a nice piece of cake i think or a lie down .
