Just to add: even if/when you have the cataract removed, you'll find it's a real eye-opener (sorry about that one)! I had both eyes done a couple of years ago: it's painless & absolutely stunning, the way you see everything so much better afterwards (possibly even without glasses or lenses )!

Sorry I was unable to try your excellent clues today as I've had a 250 mile round trip to a funeral. She was such a lovely person and only 59 so I have a lot to be thankful for.

Also know a couple of friends who have had their cataracts done.....they were amazed at the improvement...thinking of you and Helen . X

Someone I knew who has his cataracts done said "The world isn't yellow any more", and was absolutely delighted. My Mondays are a bit occupied with a small child these days, Jolan, but I always look at the thread to admire your clues. Spent rather too long looking for a "hidden" word at 5 this week! Brain must be softening.
