Would appreciate the parsing explained for these:-

A trainee appears in goal mostly for free - AT LARGE (Free)

Old man's gaining energy with each swim here in ME - DEAD SEA I see DAD with E Energy but where does the SEA come from?

Sign under this is not mine - YOURS? Where do any of the letters come from?

Plastic discs control a quiet vehicle - CASH CARDS I see SH Quiet CAR Vehicle but the rest...?

OK thanks Andyc and Chrise. It's funny, I looked at CDS for ages and just didn't see it.
As for the last one, I wonder if 'Yours' is just an expression meaning Signature?

Sorry Brendan I missed the yours one. Yes we simply sign our name under yours in a letter, and of course this is confirmed by "not mine" therefore yours.
