Yes, but there's only one A in PEDANTIC! I wonder if it's a mistake, or if it reads "a pedantic"

yes I did rush in a bit there, the clue should read as you suggest for that answer.

Thanks ChrisE for generation and yes it does read a pedantic sorry - time to turn the lights on. I hate it when I miss a simple anagram especially as I hadn't read the clue properly.
