I need help!
Firstly 18 across: It's for a foot? Hand's put down (6) _INS_O

Then I'm having trouble with the thematic references.
I've got the four letter word in the grid that begins with "B".
But I can't locate another thematic reference in the grid and have no idea what word to write at the bottom!
As you can see I really need some help!

I put a longer word that can follow 3 unscrambled down entries, it can mean the same as highlights
