Back again !! Thought I had this one sussed but, hey !! Can anyone help.

An animal runs amok (I had lima but then noticed that I already had this for another answer)

Hi there there is a mako shark but is it considered an animal ?

This is a straight anagram.

emrach - cant find a capital city called mako or anything similar !!

allatsea - thought I'd tried all configurations for anagrams but am still stumped - can you help further?

Hi there dont know if i am barking up the wrong tree but kano is capital of kano state in nigeria so kano would use some of the letters in run amok.As i said may not be anywhere near right as usually just do crosswords so i apolgise in advance if i speaking muck.
