Off topic, slightly. AnswerBank has many more visitors than this site. The powers that be on this site welcome people posting on non-crossword related topics. This can be very cliquish, and I think, make crossword fans head to AnswerBank. I use both sites, but prefer AnswerBank.

Thanks for the link - I came on here in Sept 2008

I love this site because of the diversity of opinions and topics, even when it goes off piste occasionally. Answerbank can be useful and of course they have a dedicated area for persiflage and meanderings, but I love the characters on this site.

Oh and very asstute and assidious of you! ;)
