OK, I admit it: I too get maudlin every now and then. Brooding is so much better though.

Just been out deadheading roses & heard a lawnmower going in the distance. Surely can't be Jazzgirl still at it! I was surprised to see that this saga was still going on AND the sun has come out here now!
