David Jason's geezer part suits him lovely. Not quite - and this'll be flagged up! (7,7)

ITV Drama 2005 & 2007 "Diamond geezer" part played by David Jason (Des)
+ as Del Trotter, if something suited him, it was Lovely Jubbly (part = Jubbly)
Jubbly is 'not quite' Jubilee
this'll be flagged up = double meaning
1- this'll be noticed by you guys that 'Jubbly' is not quite 'Jubilee'
2- Definition = there will be flags up everywhere for the 'Diamond jubilee'

NB: For our chaps over the pond, 'Diamond geezer' was broadcasted in the US under the title 'Rough Diamond'

That was me just having fun with this weeks clue, I do like David Jason stuff. Thanks Thea
