I've been pondering this one. Suki, what's the significance of "WAY in bold capitals" in your original post?

Watering pot (= watering can) springs to mind BUT the "to p" bit is the wrong way round! Although watering TOP Googles but doesn't make any sense.

Love to know what it turns out to be.

I've seen the WAY on it's own before and the answer is Broadway. Don't know if this helps or confuses further!

Hi Jolan, rossim and NeilM

Very many thanks for your thoughts.

So would I love to know what the water one turns out to be Jolan because as I posted earlier I can see water but where does the g p come into the mix? Also why are the i and n shown in bold and in slightly larger type.
And I can't see why WAY is in bold. If the word was elongated Broadway yes rossim but having looked at it yet again the WAY does look very slightly larger than the other clues to perhaps it is Highway NeilM.

All very confusing but once again thank you all for your ideas

Thanks once again NeilM - I'll have another look at it. I still can't see make a big entrance or am I being extremely thick?

I've just seen this and maybe I've had too much sun, but as the IN appears in capitals, could it be an expression
e.g. " ?????? in the water "
