looks like everyone has done so very well on this puzzle! I'm stuck on my last 4 hopefully (with a few suspect answers!) any help on no.s 26, 30, 36 and 43 would be greatly appreciated! will be going to bed trying to work them out!.....

Doreen - for 17 you are on the right track. Think of the first part of the clue "horse belonging to" for the first two words.

lisalippy - both 26 and 43 are anagrams. 30 is care around an a + another word for pass.
