cakes maybe

this is my last one. I have C?K?S. I can only see cakes as the answer but do not see why.

"cakes" it is...presumably a synonym of "bars" but not a very satisfactory clue...

Well I just logged on to ask the same question.

A cake of soap is a bar of soap but the clue is:

Surely a cake isn't savoury?!!
