pastille.....just re-read the post you refer to and am not sure if I need a drink, or if I've had one too many!!! Just love the spirit of fun and camaraderie on here.

I wonder if my friends on here will allow me to reopen this CLUE CHAIN for a very special, sad reason. After yesterday's fun and confusion I sat up with our 17 year old dog Zack, whose health had deteriorated dramatically and who died at 1.30pm this morning. (The 'ZA' in my user name is taken from his name, along with our two other dogs Jasmine and Mollie who passed on 5 and 2 years ago respectively).

So in memory of Zack, I offer you:

Ben finds master upset - good dog! (4,4,6)

Wonderful clue, jamoza. My beagle is fifteen years old and we thought we were losing him last year; as much as he drives me crazy sometimes (like a true friend) I was a wreck. My sympathy.

I know how you must be feeling right now, as I have also lost 3 wonderful dogs, the last being in 2009. With sympathy.
