1- could it be something to do with what passes over them.
millennium = footbridge
Hungerford, London, Blackfriars = Foot & Rail
Waterloo = ?

2- Maybe a song link.
waterloo = ABBA
Millenium = Robbie Williams
London Bridge (is falling down) = nursery rhyme
Hungerford & Blackfriars = ?

Maybe linked close to locations in order on a Monopoly Board

I don't really know London that well without a map.

As the other link was footballers, could it have something to do with the bridges being in the proximity of London football grounds

Nice idea Les, but only Fulham and Chelsea are near the Thames.

Ah, nice one Dave, I've only ever been to White Hart Lane ground in London, and that was to watch a boxing matce about 20 years ago.
