I used to avoid "cryptics" like the plague!
But since retiring, I've started to enjoy them. Finding this site was godsend.

Most days I manage to finish, I know if I don't, Andy will come to my rescue!

Is anyone else having problems with this site this morning! Seems sluggish, slow to respond. I'm ok on other sites, is it just me?

I think "desperate amateur" more appropriate in my case. Not even a beginner, hope Chambers can carry me through. Not forgetting all of you of course. [Sounds like an 'acceptance' reply! My agent,family etc]
