Not offended at all, am in awe. Regarding other drivel, if I text from Scotland it takes forever via IoM even though it's only about 15 miles away, threads are instant.

Ninian, this isn't an ideal medium as I think I must now be demonstrating fully. The text thing, do you think I'm using the site to save on texts? If so to whom and are they in Scotland? If so why wouldn't I use e-mail?


Honestly I am new to these type of crosswords. If you are experienced in them then my comment about "we're all learning" was wrong and I'm sorry, but it was when you made your self-effacing comment in the previous thread that caused me to make it in the first place.
I hope that this expains where I'm at.

No of course not Ninian. If I get any news on the Solway Harvester I'll let you know. There's been nothing since June though as far as I can see.
