I seem to remember "I'm watching you" as a catchphrase from a sitcom! I think Windsor Davies used it in It 'aint 'alf hot mum, but in the back of my mind is The Army game! Can anyone shed any light?

I think it might have come from Bootsie and Snudge, a spin off from the Army game. I seem to remember Bill Fraser saying it. Maybe I'm getting confused!!! I remember "I only arsked" Bernard Breslaw?
