If this is "Club for boatmen with one in front holding pole" (I don't have the quiz) I think it is a famous rowing club. Think of the one who is in front and add the first letter of one of the two poles....

Thanks so much Dr. Cox and Radar56 for great clues without giving away the answers!! Done now I think except not 100% sure of what I put for 31....is it also the name of a river in Ireland? Better get to bed, it's 1 in the morning!
