This has been in the back of my mind all day, surely it can't be THAT diffucult!

I reckon thejoker almost summed it up when he said

"You don't say where the "f" is"!

Can you tell us how you know where the "f" is if it isn't a crossword please?

Sorry Wendy cannot help. actual instructions read as:
Every answer starts with a C, has F in it, and ends with R.

I have managed to find 49 answers but just stuck on this last one.
There is no theme to the answers but they all conform to the above instructions
