Oh cazzer2 do you not get the point? If you don't then I am not going to labour it. I know his father is dead, but as for the rest of your statement about his parents how do you know? It was not supposed to be taken as a literal " letter to Mr and Mrs Cameron" but the point made is a good one. Did you actually bother to read the whole thing? All these self righteous politicians on telly pontificating on the criminals and howthey should be punished severely, yet the vast majority or MP's who lie, bent the rules and fiddled their expenses got away with it. Do you actually live on the same palnet as the rest of us?

Well sammy you are entitled to your opinion, but I did say it wasn't about crosswords but topical. If you could actually force youself to read through you would find a very valid point has been made. As for distasteful - yes it probably is, but it is diststeful for a reeson. And as for David Cameron, as a young man at university, and a member of the Bullingdon Club of fine, upstanding, well bred and well connected young men, he and his cohorts thought nothing about getting drunk and trashing places and vandalising. I suppose if you come from a good family it's just youthful high spirits, but I don't like the hypocracy. Addressing your final point, that this shouldn't be posted on a crossword forum - well I has always seemed to me to be a pretty broad church, and as previously stated you were warned.

Cazzer2 does seem to have missed the point. If he'd read a little more he would have seen that both main parties are being slagged off. I would have thought it beyond reasonable doubt that the majority of politicians are liars, dishonest, money grabbing, two faced, hippocrites,chancers,etc.etc.etc.etc.

some people have no sense of humour which is sometimes the best way to discuss things (satire?).
Sammy - this thread is very clearly signposted as not a crossword question, why did you even open it(let alone reply) when you obviously disapprove of comments/debate/chat on this forum.
You might want to apologise for butting into somebody else's thread like you made Pastille feel the need to do to you.
