thank you all just off the center of birmingham my sister said get out and stay with her but no taxis are coming here and i don't want to leave my home and pets.

iamme. my granddaughter lives very close to centre of Birmingham and she says there are no problems near her, so I am sure all will be calm.

just found out 2 places where my friends work have been set on fire, primark and mcd's, sorry for posting here i know its nothing to do with xwords

iamme, it could be that you'll be a whole lot safer at home than you would be going out to your sister's place.

You know you've got friends here - many of them will be online through the night as we're all on different time zones. (Terryaswas never sleeps anyway!!)

Setting fire to Primark and McDonalds sounds more like doing your civic duty than rioting.

iamme, the people that behave so badly are full of anger. There is no way that we can understand why they do these awful things.
