my 3rd is a vowel, in the word cat
my last is a t, like in the word things.

my whole is a prob for you all, can you solve that?

Well am not after the t*at title but to help you on i thought i would mention i posted a thread elsewhere on saturday that got 238 replies (including my own responses of course) in 5 hours.
