Mondrian - I join the others in wishing you many happies. Hope you have a lovely day! My daughter took me out for lunch yesterday to celebrate her three figure tax rebate!!!! Re the crossword - I am still stuck on 7a and 24a despite the huge amount of alternative clues. Any further help NOT ANSWERS would be appreciated.

1. Think of a shortened version for "not bad"-2 letters
The word "round" in the clue hints that your answer for this is in the middle of the 5 letter word.
3. Another word(Irish slang, I believe) for an unpleasant smell.
4. The whole word means bunk - but not a bed as an earlier post on this thread has hinted at.
Also refer back to the posting made by Caravaggio if needed!
