Any ideas please? I sort of get GALLOFOLI but I can't find this word on google and where does the cheek fit in?

To get the fifth letter that is the other clue I am struggling with ;

Moving right away to get this wine

The last letter of this word is letter 5 above!

Your second clue is ASTI - Astir minus the R.
I think your first clue must be GALLIPOLI - a peninsula in Turkey.
GALL ( cheek) + I (?) + P (pint) + OLI (oil refined.
Doesn't quite fit with 8 pints unless it's to do with GALLON.
