Thank you Tony. Lazily, I hadn't looked it up - I was trying to connect it to the missing link!
Have you got 40ac? Please don't tell me what it is - but I've got letters which don't mean a theme word.

AJT -40a is a theme word as is part of the group listed under the same heading in Bradford.

Check your spelling of 40a Pringle, 26d ends in ae.

That was a struggle - not helped by my fixation on ownership for 21d - unsure about the wordplay for the following......

34D - Po to mean pole/polish?
32A - Apart from the answer meaning steal this has me baffled
