on the bottom row cells 2,3 each contain 2 letters, cell 5 has 3.....cell 8 has 2 and cell 10 has 3

I agree with the above as the only way to colour the puzzle correctly, but I thought the preamble was misleading, if not downright wrong, as it's not clear that cells can contain 3 letters, as they must for it to work. But I don't have the puzzle to hand, so I may have misread it!

The preamble states ..... more than 1.....

No - the preamble says "Some cells contain two letters..."

As has happened many times in recent weeks, the preamble is wrong.

I am glad you raised the point as I sometimes dont understand the preamble but this seemed clearly wrong.

I though it was a brilliant puzzle to fit everything in, but I have not got enough coloured pens. I hope they will accept alternative colours.

Good afternoon. I thought I had worked out the theme and your posts confirm it, however, please can someone tell me what ponies have to do with either stats or tats? I can see the stat for immediately but am then confused. Thank you.
