Yes, 20a was a VERY odd clue. I left the first 3 letters blank until I had the crosser.

.....of course, it lacked a definition as it included a 5d.

All done but not liking answers to 3D, 4D & 16D. Anyone else feel the same?

We've discussed 3d quite a bit - not a word I knew. I'm happy with my 4d and 16d. Remember that the themed ones don't include definitions.

It;s all far too woolly without definitions to give us a sense of security!

One question re. 11a - does it begin with N? I'd assumed this was an anagram of "or miso gluten" - if so, there only seems to be one answer and I don't think that fits the definition...
