I'm starting to find this a little bit frustrating - I had entered the "wrong" definition for 3dn, it transpires. Without the crossers it seem to be little more than a guess which to enter.

I've done about two thirds of this, and had the same problem others have mentioned: entering the fodder for the answer here and there. There are some brilliant clues: a11, d5... Still evil though. :)

Today was OK, Chris -- it's tomorrow I'm not looking forward to. Even the best dentist occasionally produces pain during the more serious "interventions" (as the French call them) in my experience!
