Greetings and good health to all.
My answer to 24a doesn't really make sense, can anyone give me a clue?
Do you think RT would mind if we used the wrong number of letters, wrong spelling or bad grammar in the answers?

Hello Bees
I think we should all misspell every word, and put in anything we like and send it in for a laugh (joke)
seriously, 24a is another way of saying "note the amount" ..
1st word = look after
2nd word = aristocrat.
I can't think of any other way without giving the words away. :)

my health problem. My best wishes go to
Old Gal, Pipesmoker and all who may be

Good morning Navigator
It's lovely to hear from you.
You've only 2 clues to solve, so that's good going.
Best wishes

Afternoon all! Well, Navigator, you are doing better than me - help appreciated on the following. 6a, 15a, is 18a an anagram of Holmes senses? and 7d is proving a challenge. Am suffering from a trapped nerve in buttock(!) this week! Am beginning to feel my name is Job....... Ah, sun just come out - must hobble out and get some vitamin D...

Hi old gal
A pain in the b is not nice :( But I've been called that many a time!
6a is the colour your eyes might turn
15a another word for a "rough current" in water
18a yes you're right
7d another anagram. This is where a misprint occurs in the RT. Use the word "sit" instead of "at"
Little bit of sun here. Keep at it.

Morning all, sorry I left mid-conversation with a couple of you. Bees, glad to see you got your answer. Navigator, hope you've finished too. Hope Pipesmoker & old gal aren't feeling too bad today. Hang in there old gal, it all came good for Job in the end!
