I'd never heard of this woman,but if you make an anagram of AND DEAR plus almost all of the following word,you'll get her!(first two letters of surname are an unusual combination for us British)

Although you did concur on No.83 yesterday I am still not entirely convinced about the solution.Could someone confirm if the solution is the first or last word in the clue.If first are the definitions to words three and five are homophones.
