I notice that we seem to have multiple posts by the same person as, in the first batch of comments, there are three questions and none is followed by the appropriate punctuation mark.

After a good start with this puzzle, I struggled in the bottom left corner until there was a loud clink as the penny dropped with one particular answer. As Karen has already identified, there is a curious definition for the answer to 5d and I think that Caravan has been deliberately obtuse or you could say, Karen, that he has his Eyes Wide Shut.
