I waited for missing clues to appear before tackling this and have now solved it to my satisfaction except for one clue which I cannot parse fully. I hoped to see it mentioned here but not so therefore I guess it is me. I refer to the “If I jump on rides...” clue. I applied ‘regularly’ to mean alternatively for all the first 5 words for the answer but when I ignored the expected redundant letter for the clue (M in this case) I was still actually left with one extra letter than I wanted, i.e. u and p. Is there a mistake in the clue or am I missing something?
The extra letter has to be treated like it was one of the correct letters and, as such, you also have to ignore the letter next to it, as you would with the others.
Kixie, I took it that if you took the letters regularly, in the usual crossword way, you would end up with ?? M???. With there being a superfluous letter, the M got dropped?
